Easy 30-minute Chicken Teriyaki
This easy 30 minute chicken teriyaki recipe will quickly become your favorite because of very limited ingredients and the amount of time it takes to prep and cook.
Simply cutting boneless, skinless chicken thighs into strips, season with seasoning salt and garlic for a good boost, saute on a hot pan and finish off with your favorite teriyaki sauce. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
Johnny’s seasoning salt is our house pantry staple and i highly recommend getting your hands on it if you haven’t yet. It is widely available in most grocery stores as well as online. Here’s a link if you cannot find it in your location. (Not sponsored)
What can i substitute Johnny’s Seasoning salt with?
Just salt and pepper. While Johnny’s seasoning salt packs more flavor, to keep it super simple, replace with salt and pepper to your taste.
Can i use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic?
Yes, it wouldn’t hurt in this recipe, but getting your hands on fresh garlic is always the better option and the key to a more flavorful dish.
What other sauce can i use instead of Panda Express Mandarin teriyaki sauce?
You may replace with your favorite teriyaki sauce. If you like the way the sauce taste, you will love the end result of this easy chicken teriyaki dish. Some of our other favorite options are Mr. Yoshidas sweet teriyaki original gourmet, Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce ,Original.
