
2. Preheat a deep skillet or a wok, add the oil. Chop the onion and add that to the skillet together with the baked beef.
2. Cover with a lid and let it saute until the onions are soft.
3. Once the onions are soft, add the remaining ingredients such as the washed rice, garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaves.
4. Add the water, Mix well and cover with a lid. On low heat let it simmer for 12-15 minutes or until most of the liquid is gone and the rice is cooked through.
Mix again and serve!
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
