Ingredients

For 2 servings:

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 2 small Kiwis (1 for less acidity)
  • 1 heaping TBSP Sour Cream
  • sugar or honey to taste (optional)
  • 1/2-1 cup Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and kiwis, toss them into your blender together with 1 Tablespoon of sour cream and blend until smooth.

    Add sugar or honey to taste if desired.

    Transfer to a glass and serve with an extra slice of kiwi for garnish if desired.

    This smoothie is best served immediately as bananas can start to change color with time and will not make it very appealing to the eye.
