Garlicky Bologna and Cheese Open Face Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette (1/2" sliced)
  • 1 lb Bologna (Shredded)
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Pressed or finely grated)
  • 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette into 1/2" slices.

  2. Shred Bologna on a large grater and add it into a large bowl together with mozzarella cheese,cream cheese, mayo and garlic.

  3. Mix everything together to combine and spoon on about a tablespoon of the mixture onto each slice of bread.

  4. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350℉ for about 13-15 minutes uncovered.

  5. The sandwiches are ready when all the cheese has melted and the bottom of the bread is a little crispy.

    Serve warm and Enjoy!
