No-Bake Wafer Cookie Cake in 30 min

  • 2 9oz packs Nabisco Chocolate Wafer Cookies


  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 3/4 can Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)


  1. 1. Add all of the cream ingredients at once into a mixing bowl and turn the mixer on "stir" option to bring them all together, then slowly increase the speed to medium-high and whip until thick.

    2. Using an 8inch round pastry ring, add about 1 tablespoon of the cream to the bottom of the cake stand or cake board then start arranging cookies.

    3. Add about 2-3 heaping tablespoons of cream between each layer of cookies until you use up two packs. (add more cookies for a higher cake)

    4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours then remove the form and decorate the cake to your preference.
