Creamy Potato Bake

  • 4 lbs Potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 large Onion (diced)
  • 1-2 large Carrot (grated)
  • 2 tsp Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • 4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream


  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, dice the onion and grate carrots.

    Add all of the ingredients into a dutch oven or a bowl including the seasoning salt and heavy whipping cream.

    Mix everything together to combine.

    Place in a preheated 350*F oven for 2 hours or until the potatoes are fork soft.
