Apple Tea Cake

This recipe is so simple it cannot get any easier to put something together. You don't even need a mixer for this and you'll have very minimum dirty dishes. It is moist and just right with a cup of tea or coffee.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsps Baking Powder
  • 10 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 1.5 Cup Flour
  • 2-3 Chopped Apples


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the eggs and melted butter.

    Mix everything with a whisk until everything comes together.

    Add the chopped apples and mix again just until apples are coated with the batter. Do not over mix!

  2. Spray a 9 inch spring form pan with cooking spray, transfer the batter and bake at 350F until golden brown or until toothpick comes out clean. (about 35-40min)

    If desired, dust with powdered sugar when it cools.
