1.In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup and sweet and sour sauce if you have any on hand, until everything comes together.
2.Dice an onion, shred the carrot and slice the bell pepper. Then heat a skillet, add about 2-3 Tbsp of oil and saute the vegetables all together for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and take off the heat.
3.Begin to top your pizza. Add about 2 heaping tablespoons of sauce and spread around, follow by shredded bologna, sauteed vegetables, canned corn and finish off with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12-15 min
