Garlic and Parsley Shrimps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimps peeled & deveined
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic & Onion Spice The gourmet collection
  • 1/2 tsp Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • Fresh Lemon juice to drizzle on top

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimps:

    Wash, peel, de vein and paper towel dry the shrimps and place into a deep bowl.

    To the shrimps add chopped parsley, olive oil, garlic & onion spice, and seasoning salt. Give it a good stir and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, place your oven rack to the second highest insert in your oven and preheat to 450°F.

    Transfer the shrimps onto a baking sheet spreading them apart so that they're not touching each other.

    Drizzle fresh lemon juice all over the shrimp and bake for 5 minutes.

    Take out of the oven immediately and Enjoy!
