Easy Strawberries and Cream

Tart strawberries with a semi sweet cream make a perfect combination for a pleasant dessert. It is quick and simple to put together and makes a great dessert to serve to your loved ones at any occasion.  These can be served in a bowl or individual serving cups for a more fancier look.

Ingredients:

1lb Strawberries

For the cream:

6oz Sour Cream

4oz Cool Whip

1Tbsp Condensed Milk

Instructions:

Whip the cream by combining cold sour cream, cold cool whip and condensed milk (may substitute with sugar). Whip the cream until it is well combined and is thick and fluffy. (about 5-7 on med-high)

Wash and dry strawberries and cut into desired piece sizes and mix with the cream. Transfer into individual serving cups or a dish of your choice.

These are best served right away or refrigerate until ready to be served later the same day. (Not recommended to make the day before)
