Creamy Potato Bake

Guaranteed to be everyone’s favorite side dish, for dinners or holidays! This baked potato recipe is so amazingly rich, creamy, and completely addictive! They’re so easy to make and perfect to make in advance because they reheat wonderfully.

Ingredients:

4lb Yukon gold Potatoes (cubed)

1 large Onion (diced)

1-2 large Carrot (grated)

2tsp Johnny’s Seasoning Salt

4cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, dice the onion and grate carrots.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a dutch oven or a bowl including the seasoning salt and heavy whipping cream.
  3. Mix everything together to combine.
  4. Place in a preheated 350*F oven for 2 hours or until the potatoes are fork soft.

Note** You can bake these potatoes in a dutch oven with a closed lid or a casserole dish covered tightly with foil. ( Be sure not to overfill the casserole dish because the heavy cream will boil and may spill and burn in your oven)

I love to serve these potatoes garnished with fresh chopped dill.

Enjoy!

Alena! I tried this recipe today! It’s a winner!!! My whole family enjoyed it and kept saying how good it was. Very simple and clean ingredients and came out just perfect. I had some cooked left over turkey meat so I added it it the last 30 min just to heat it up.
Thank you for sharing! God bless

My sister in law made your potatoes for our family gathering and these were very delicious. (She asked me to leave a good review, she’s not very technical) Everyone was talking about how you can almost eat them on their own. Very very good!!!!
