Chicken and Egg Tortillas
These chicken and egg tortillas are too EASY to make, it is another one of those recipes that unexpectedly came together one day and we couldn’t forget about them since. I may have been very hungry that time because that is when the best recipes come together. They are super easy to make and pretty much error free. The ingredients are listed but more or less of each isn’t going to hurt, just be sure to adjust the seasoning if you do so.
Can i make these ahead of time?
Yes! you can make these in advance, cover with a plastic wrap or put them in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
Ingredients:
-1 (12.5oz) can of canned chicken
– 6 eggs (hard boiled and grated)
– 1-1.5 cup chopped spring onions
– 1/2tsp salt
– 1/4tsp black pepper
– 5Tbsp Mayonnaise
– Oil for frying
Add all of the ingredients into one bowl, mix everything together to combine then place about 2 heaping tablespoons of chicken-egg mix onto each tortilla and roll up.
Then, heat a skillet on medium-low heat, drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of oil and fry the wraps on all sides.

Hi Alena,
Can I freeze this recipe?
alenashomecooking
To be honest I never tried freezing these as they go very fast in our house, but I don’t see why you can’t.
