Boiled Egg Canape Spread

This boiled egg spread takes canapes and sandwiches to a whole other level. It takes only 2 ingredients to put together but makes your canapes look and taste so rich and much more flavorful than just plain mayonnaise. I love how you can prepare this ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week. We love making Moscow Salami Canapes with this spread but you can be creative and use it on so many different things or even if its just this spread on a slice of baguette and sprinkled with chopped green onions on top, its so simple but tastes divine.

Ingredients:

5 hard boiled eggs

3Tbsp Mayonnaise ( more of you want it more creamy)

Instructions:

Using a large grater, grate the hard boiled eggs into a bowl and add 3 or more tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix to combine. Use right away or store in a jar in the refrigerator until ready to use. It can be stored up to a week.
