Garlic Dinner Rolls

I usually always have a bag of these frozen dinner rolls in my freezer. For the lazy days when i decide to bake something really quick, i don’t have to make a trip to the store. I use this dough to make these savory garlic rolls, as well as sweet cinnamon knots. Every time i decide to cook beet soup (aka red borsch) we love to have these garlic rolls on hand. It is much tastier than just having a plain piece of bread on the side. They are really easy to make and require very little effort so go ahead and give it a try.

While your rolls are baking, prepare the garlic oil.

Ingredients:

1/2-1 cup of olive oil (or any other)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 cloves of fresh garlic (pressed)

1/4 cup fresh dill

1/4 cup fresh parsley

Mix all of the ingredients together with a spoon to combine and the salt to dissolve.

After the rolls are baked, spoon over the oil with the greens all over the buns while they’re still hot and Enjoy!

Enjoy with my beet soup/red borsch.
