Fall off the bone BBQ Pork Ribs

These ribs are so easy to make and you will not believe this, but it only requires 3 ingredients to put together. Yes, just 3!! They are perfect for any and every occasion. They are seriously finger licking good! Give it a try and i guarantee you, you will keep on making them.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
1tsp Salt
Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)
Instructions:
1. Wash the rack of ribs and dry with a paper towel. With the help of a paper towel remove the membrane on the back of the ribs.
2. Mix together the Montreal steak seasoning and salt and rub generously on both sides. Let the ribs sit at room temp for a couple hours to absorb the seasoning.
3. Preheat your oven to 350F. Cover the ribs with foil tightly and bake for 1.5hrs.
4. Then, decrease the temperature to 250F and cook another 1.5 hours. In the last 15 minutes of baking, uncover the ribs and baste BBQ sauce all over the slab. Put them back into the oven and repeat basting 3 times every 10-15 min so more sauce can stick to the ribs. After your third time you can take out the ribs and serve. (This will add additional 20-30minutes in the oven at 250)
They are best served right away, however they reheat wonderfully the next day. (If they last)
ENJOY!

These ribs will pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes, potato wedges and any fresh salad of your choice such as ceasar salad or cole slaw.
